Walnut in the traditional butchersblock style is extremely popular in both modern and traditional home design themes.  It's beauty and elegance make it an extremely desirable finish. It has a sophisticated rich, dark colour, with golden and chocolate tones that bring warmth to any interior.

The term Butcher's block describes a style of assembled hardwood blocks used for heavy duty chopping blocks.  It was commonly used in butchers shops throughout Europe for many centuries. It has now become increasingly popular in domestic home use.

Senses worktops represent this beautiful wood with an environmetally friendly laminate that has a warm velour type finish.

All Senses worktop components represents a UK manufactured work surface, where only laminate with a high wear resistance (adhering to BSEN 438) are used in the manufacturing process.

All Senses worktops and breakfast bars come with enough loose edging to edge both short ends of the worktop.

The Senses Worktop Range carries a 10-year guarantee against all manufacturing defects subject to normal usage and correct installation.
