Working within the local community is something which each of our seven Rearo branches always aim to do. We pride ourselves on seeing our brand name in the areas in which we work, as well as the wider community.
One company with which our Glasgow Head Office has a close-knit relationship is St Mirren Football Club, Paisley – whom which we sponsor directly.
This season has proved a success and time of change for the club both externally on the pitch and internally within the stadium premises, of which Rearo has had significant involvement.
Improvement work began earlier this year when Rearo had supplied to the team’s Ralston training ground, updating the catering areas with the use of our commercial product, the original ‘catering panel’ in White Gloss, which provides the perfect, low cost, solution for cafeterias, canteens and all food preparation areas. Installation was carried out by AMJ Joinery, Paisley.
More recently, supply projects with the club have involved the corporate section of the stadium. Rearo have recently continued our support for the team through the supply of White Gloss Splashbacks, to be used with washroom facilities within the hospitality suite. This product is proving useful to prevent wall/ paint damage behind hand drier areas which can be prone to the effects of water.
Also in the process of being updated, the bar area of the club’s boardroom will be refreshed through the supply of Wall Cladding from ourselves. The dark and classic palette selected by Chairman, Gordon Scott is complimentary to the sleek and modern layout of the new club site. Designed by Abet Laminati the cladding is often famed for being an international leader for design and “Made in Italy” style.
An exciting future project with which we are working in partnership with the club, includes the redesign and fit of wall panels within the tunnel area. Through use of Formica’s personalised print facility we at Rearo have been able to create a bespoke design for the club through the assistance of our internal graphics team which will then be laminated on to wall panels for the area. Working in integration with Paisley's City of Culture bid, the design builds upon the history of both the town and the club’s roots in paisley from the fans, to players etc.
