This week we were pleased to extend our welcome to distribution partners, Smiths Briten, to our Head Office in Govan, Glasgow.

Having previously been visited by Smiths Trading Director, Gareth Jones, and his procurement team last month it was now the opportunity for members of the Sales, Commercial and Marketing team to explore and discuss our new 2017-2020 Selkie range.

Led by Domestic Product Sales Manager, Kevin Nicoll, the two-day stay was catered around discussing sales tactics and the marketability of the product range, discussing POS as well as the commercial stance of the product within the market (as seen in the head offices of Scottish Power and Clydesdale Bank).

Smiths were keen to ensure that all staff received the same knowledge and in-depth experience of Rearo and its operations to best equip members of the sales team when selling the new Selkie range, which Smiths will be selling from February, 2017.

Having supported the Selkie brand product for over 5 years, the team were delighted with the new finishes as well as updated POS which they believe will have great results for sales.

Whilst receiving training on the new Selkie range, the staff were also updated on our RapidFit MFC and Compact Grade ranges by members from both our Gateshead and Glasgow sales team.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Smiths for making the trip from Bolton and again for their company as we played host in a social capacity last night in a team bonding exercise, enjoying a night of dining and comedy entertainment.
