Chard construction won the contract for the refurbishment of Strathclyde Police's headquarters at Maryhill in Glasgow. Rearo products were used for the extensive upgrading of the washrooms at each phase of the contract.

This led to the company again being specified for the upgrade of Blantyre police station. This time the Rearo components were installed by Elim Construction.
