Rearo have always put a great emphasis on product and system innovation.  We traditionally work closely with our customers to gather a precise understanding of their requirements and develop new products and systems that offer real solutions to their problems.

Back in 1988, Rearo developed, jointly with the Formica Corporation, the incredibly popular Formica Uni Panel System. A tongued and grooved wall lining system, designed for use in areas with high humidity and stringent hygeine requirements, such as the catering and healthcare makets.

Today, Rearo's innovation takes place in our Special Products Department.  Set up in 2002 and headed by Robert Bennett, this department is responsible for the design , testing and development of all new Rearo components and materials prior to their introduction to market.

The Special Products team is currently creating various sandwich panels using materials such as: aluminium sheets, polystrene, pvc, calcium silicates and honey comb substrates for use in a variety of demanding and complex environmets.
